The first way to change the background colour
Just insert a rectangle, set the size of it as the size of the slide. You can change the colour to any you want. And of course, I recommend not add an outline. You must remember to send that rectangle to back. That’s because we want it to be our background.

Right-click on empty space, select Format Background, a new window will pop up at the right. Expand Fill and more option will appear.
You can select:

- Picture or Texture Fill – you can set your photo or a texture as a background, of course, there are some presets or texture fill.
- Pattern Fill – you can set a pattern as a background. Of course, there are some presets
